This area is a mysterious area of Bhutan philately.
Gathering information about such covers is more
difficult that gathering covers and information about
Tibetan covers with local Tibetan stamps affixed.
Only the stampless period prior to 1954 and British
military campaign covers related to Bhutan from the
1830s & 1860s are more difficult.
